3. What do you understand about BPO?

Tip: Give a simple definition and mention its purpose.

Sample Answer:

"BPO stands for Business Process Outsourcing. It means a company outsources its customer service or back-office operations to a third-party service provider to save cost and improve efficiency. In India, BPOs mostly handle customer support, technical support, and sales processes."

4. Are you comfortable working night shifts or rotational shifts?

5. How do you handle a difficult or angry customer?

Tip: Show calmness, patience, and problem-solving.

Sample Answer:

Tip: Mention one or two key skills and a weakness with improvement.

Sample Answer:

7. Do you prefer voice or non-voice process? Why?

Tip: Choose based on your skill set but be open.
